This website is provided for general information about Benefi Benefit Administrators and the services we offer. You may read it, print it, and share it. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing service.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or benefits advice for your specific situation, and nothing here creates a client relationship. Benefits law changes, and general information goes stale. Before you act on anything here, talk to us or to your own counsel about your actual plan.

No guarantee of outcome

Descriptions of plan types, timelines, and processes are general. Actual plan design, carrier terms, stop-loss arrangements, surplus refunds, and implementation timing vary by group and by carrier, and are governed by your plan documents and carrier contracts — not by this website.

We link to third-party sites, including Employee Navigator, for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We try to keep this site accurate and available. We don’t promise it will be either at every moment.

Text messaging

If you give Benefi a mobile number and agree to be texted — by texting us first, by telling us so on a call, or by ticking the box on a form on this site — these terms apply.

We send conversational replies, service messages about a plan we administer, and appointment confirmations and reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your plan year and is typically fewer than five messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them at that number. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (920) 243-4006 or info@benefiba.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of becoming a client, and you can withdraw it at any time.

What we do with your mobile number is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: it is not sold, not rented, and not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
