Benefi Benefit Administrators is a licensed agency and benefits administrator serving employers in 22 states. We place group benefit plans for employers and then administer them. Group benefits are the whole business — we don’t do anything else.
Why we exist
Benefits administration usually ends up as somebody’s second job. An HR generalist inherits it, or it gets split between a broker, a payroll vendor, and a compliance service that each own a piece and none of whom own the outcome.
The gaps between those pieces are where the problems live. A termination that never reached the carrier. An invoice that’s been wrong for four months. A COBRA notice that went out late.
We built Benefi to own the whole thing — the quote, the placement, and every month afterwards — so there are no gaps to fall into. Being licensed to sell the coverage as well as administer it isn’t a side business; it’s what closes the biggest gap of all, between what a group was sold and what it actually got.

Adam has spent more than twelve years in the insurance business, and he’s built his practice on one rule: the client’s needs come first. His job is to find the best options at the lowest cost — and to say so plainly when the plan on the table isn’t the right one.
He works with employers and their brokers from the first conversation through implementation. That means reviewing the plans you have now, reading the census honestly, comparing what the market will actually offer, and building a proposal that shows the trade-offs instead of burying them. Employers rarely get a bad outcome because they picked the wrong carrier. They get one because nobody laid the options side by side in time to choose.
Timing is most of that. Carriers typically release renewals only 60 to 90 days out, which is a short window to evaluate alternatives, negotiate, and implement a change without disrupting your employees. Adam starts those conversations early — the employers who do best are the ones who began looking before the renewal letter arrived.
Adam is licensed in 22 states — which means an employer with locations in more than one state doesn’t need a second relationship to cover them.
