Hand off the administration. Keep the decisions.
You still choose the carriers, set the contribution strategy, and decide what the plan looks like. We run everything downstream of that.
What implementation looks like
Week 1 — Discovery
We review your current plans, carrier contracts, eligibility rules, payroll setup, and whatever the last administrator left behind. This is also where we find the problems: terminated employees still active at a carrier, deductions that don’t match elections, missing plan documents.
Weeks 2–4 — Build
Plans configured in the system, eligibility rules coded, payroll and carrier integrations connected and tested against real data.
Weeks 4–6 — Employee rollout
Communications go out, employees get access, and we handle the questions.
Ongoing
Monthly reconciliation, continuous eligibility maintenance, life events as they happen, compliance on its own calendar. You get reporting; we get the work.
Most groups are fully live within six weeks. Mid-year transitions are normal — you don’t have to wait for renewal.

A note on funding
We administer fully insured and level-funded plans.
Level-funded is where we do our best work, and for a lot of mid-size employers it is simply the right answer: fixed monthly cost, your own claims data, stop-loss behind it, and a surplus refund in a good year. Here’s how it works ›
What we’ll want to know
To put together a proposal that’s worth reading, we need your employee count, your renewal date, the lines of coverage you offer today, who administers them now, and any part of the current setup that’s actively causing problems.
That’s the form. It takes about two minutes.
