Start with a conversation.
No census, no commitment, no sales script. Tell us roughly what you have and what is bothering you about it, and we will call you back and talk it through. If you would rather just pick up the phone, (920) 243-4006.
What a consultation actually is
A conversation with Adam about your current plan — what you are paying, what your renewal is doing, what your people complain about, and whether there is a better structure available to a group your size. Usually twenty minutes.
You will get a straight answer about whether we can help. Sometimes the answer is that your current arrangement is fine and you should leave it alone. That is a useful thing to hear from someone who does not get paid for saying it.
You do not need anything ready
No census, no spreadsheets, no plan documents. If you happen to have your current rates in front of you the conversation goes faster, but plenty of these start with “I honestly am not sure what we pay.”
Ready to go further already?
If you know you want numbers rather than a conversation, request a proposal instead. That path asks for a census — date of birth, gender and home ZIP for every eligible employee and each dependent — because that is what a carrier needs to give you a real quote rather than a guess.
Two things worth knowing
Renewals move fast. Carriers typically release renewals 60 to 90 days out. That is a short window to evaluate options and implement a change cleanly — the groups that do best started before the renewal letter arrived.
You can keep your broker. We are a licensed agency, so we can place the coverage ourselves if you would rather have one team on it — but plenty of our groups come to us through their broker and stay that way. Tell us which you want; we will work either way.
